Returns for small & medium items

Anything from bedside tables and lamps, all the way up to console tables and mirrors. If you’re not sure if your item fits in this category, get in touch and we’ll be able to help.

If you’re not over the moon with your new purchase, pop us over an email to returns@nyde.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and quote your order number.

We’ll let you know if we need any further information and send a returns address.

Then just package your item up in the original packaging and send it back to us. We recommend a recorded mail service.

Once it’s back safe and sound, we’ll refund the item in full.

 

Returns for large items

Any dining tables, display cabinets, or TV stands. If you’re not sure if your item fits in this category, get in touch and we’ll be able to help.

If you’re not over the moon with your new purchase, pop us over an email to returns@nyde.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and quote your order number.

We’ll arrange a collection time, free of charge, and refund you in full. Please package your items in the original packaging.

 

Returns for sofas

We think that your own home is the best place to try your new sofa – no showroom can compete with that. Does it work with your space? The walls? The curtains? Is it exactly as you’d hoped it would be?

You’ve got a couple of weeks to live with it and see if it feels right. If not, give us a call or send us an email to returns@nyde.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we’ll come and collect it, free of charge, and issue a full refund. For more information, check out our terms.

Please note, when you order a sofa with one of our custom leathers, it is a bespoke item and your automatic right to return lapses. You can still return your item if you’re not 100% happy, but it will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
